How do I set a QA requirement for a Document Type? |
Answer / Solution |
Obsolete - Please see KB526 for instructions. How to Route Jobs from this author to QAOverview: InfraWare 360 allows Admins to set automatic QA routing by several criteria for flexibility. You may route all jobs or a fraction. You may set routing requirements based on 1) the dictating author; 2) the transcriptionist to whom the job is routed; or 3) the document category or type. To avoid redundancy and confusion, we recommend that you choose a single routing criteria for Quality Analysis. Admins may set automatic routing to QA based on the Document Type by selecting QA Settings on the Document Type creations page. This will open the "QA Requirement for Document Type" for the selected Doc Type in the Workflow Tab > QA Management. Select who will be conducting the QA (a specific account user or a pool). If only a fraction of the jobs needs to be sent to QA, select the box beside Use QA Sampling and enter the appropriate fraction. Click "Save" to commit your changes. |
