What functions does the Manager account role give a user?

Answer / Solution

The manager account role can assign roles, change contact information, reset passwords, and create and delete users, accounts and facilities.

Notes

Access is limited based on Account Level Tab Visibility set by the Administrator. See KB121 for details.
The Transcriptionist role with an assigned ITC license is required in order to log in to the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC). See KB85 for details.
