FILTERING THE ADDRESS BOOK BY FACILITY

Address book entries can be optionally associated with a Facility when created.  When browsing those address book entries in the ITC it can be helpful to view only the entries associated with the Facility of the current job being worked. 

Steps

To specify this behavior in the ITC:

• Load the ITC Settings (F10 from the main window) or from within a document go to Tools ⇒ Options ⇒ User Settings. 
• On the Editor tab, check the box beside the label: Auto-filter Address Book by Facility
  
• Click Save.
