How InfraWare Administrators can view addenda in the IMC

Overview

The InfraWare 360 platform allows Administrators to view partial dictations that are in a status of Addendum Pending by performing a Quick Search in the Admin Queue. This will allow them to notify the facility on a timely basis if the completed dictation has not been received.

Tasks

• Login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) using your IW Administrator username and password
• Select the Queue Tab and you will land on the Admin Queue

Jump to the Queue page >>

• In the Quick Search area above the queue, search by Job Status in the first drop-down box
• The screen will refresh to display all possible statuses in the second drop-down box
• Choose Addendum Pending
• "Must Have" will default in the third box. This is correct
• Select Search

• All open jobs in the Addendum Pending status will appear in the queue
