Unable to download Setup.exe during ITC Installation
 

Many times the Internet Explorer browser will block applications if it has not been configured to allow them. If you are trying to click the "Install ITC 2009" link and it does not appear to do anything, Internet Explorer might be blocking the Installation. Please perform the following steps (from within Internet Explorer) to add InfraWare to the trusted sites as well as to add a pop-up blocker exception for the InfraWare application:

1. Go Under Tools / Internet Options / Security
2. Click on Trusted Sites
3. Click on Sites
4. Add https://*.infraware.com to the list of Allowed Sites
5. Go Under Tools / Pop-up Blocker / Pop-up Blocker Settings
6. Add *.infraware.com to list of Allowed Sites
7. Try to Download / Run Setup.exe again
