Grade Column on the First Draft Author Candidates List Explained

Overview

Each Author who has been trained for First Draft dictates to one or more Document Types. Each of the Document Types for this Author can receive a different letter grade depending on the projected quality of the results for that work.

Summary

The letter grades for all of a given Author’s enrolled Document Types with volume dictated in the last 30 days are listed under the Grades column. For instance if the Author dictated CT scans in the last 30 days with A quality recognition results, and MRIs in the last 30 days with C quality recognition results, the grades column would read “0 / 1 / 0 / 1”. 

At the top of the column there is a count for each grade.  In the screenshot below you can see there are graded models with volume dictated in the last 30 days totaling 0 "A+s", 3 "A's", 0 "B's", and 0 "C's" in the current view.

Note:  Volume for graded models which have not received dictation in the last 30 days will not be included in this count, but these are displayed on the Author Details Page.  Clicking on the Author's Name will open the Author Details Page, which displays all document type / device combinations for which we have obtained a grade.  This list is not limited to volume for which we have received dictation in the last 30 days.
