Facility On-Boarding Checklist

Off-Site Preparation:

• Schedule InfraCare Standby Support at least 2 business days prior to client visit:  support@infraware.com
• Check Facility PC system requirements (Operating System, Memory, etc)
  • See Software tab in the IMC/Secure Web Portal for details
• In the IMC:  Create Saved Searches by Facility Login:  See KB236.
• Set Secure Web Portal Permissions:  See KB247.
• Upload/Dictate (via IDC or TDS) test jobs and have some set at all stages of completion
• Ask Facility for IT Dept Standby for firewall or installation issues
• Obtain Physician Address Book info, setup correct spreadsheet and submit for upload.  See KB174 for instructions and sample spreadsheet

On Site with the Facility:

• Install the following Software from the Software Tab in the Secure Web Portal
  • Online Editor 2009
    • Please see the following KB413 regarding Internet Explorer Settings for the Online Editor
  • InfraWare Dictation Client for those dictating using handhelds or dictating directly into the IDC (not using TDS)
  • Print out a copy of the IDC Quick Start Guide, KB218
  • Print out a copy of the IDC One-Step User Settings Setup, KB282
• Facility Administrator Training:
  • Provide them with their Secure Web Portal username and password
  • Save www.infraware.com/webehr as a Favorite in Internet Explorer (or create a desktop shortcut)

• Author Training
