Maximize the Online Editor

Solution

The InfraWare 360 platform provides a User Setting in the Online Editor that allows for the Online Editor to be set to open full screen on the user's computer.

Tasks:

• Login to the Secure Portal or InfraWare Management Console to access the features that use the Online Editor using your InfraWare Login and Password
• Follow the regular steps for launching the Online Editor (i.e. eSign, QA, or Edit Completed Job)
• When the Online Editor launches do the following:
  •   From the Tools Menu, select User Settings

• User Settings Window will open
• Place a checkmark next to "Maximize Editor Window on Launch"
• Click Save

The next time the Online Editor is launched, it will launch full screen, maximized.
