Require 1st level of eSign-off before 2nd level

The InfraWare 360 platform contains a Dual eSign feature that allows two users to eSign one job.  An Administrator can require the users using Dual eSign to eSign in order, thereby forcing the 1st level user to eSign the job BEFORE the 2nd level user can eSign and complete the job. This requirement is setup under the Facility settings in the IMC. For additional information on Dual eSign, please see the KB article #274.

Note: The Facility Settings page can be viewed in either a Basic view or an Advanced view (with more detailed options).  The "Require 1st Level of eSign before 2nd level" is only available in the Advanced view. 

 Tasks

• Login to the InfraWare Management Console using your InfraWare Administrator Login and Password.
• Select Administration tab --> Facilities subtab.
• Select the Facility to edit.
• In the Advanced View, scroll down to the Secure Web Portal section
• Place a checkmark next to "Require 1st Level eSign before 2nd Level"
• Click Update Facility to save your changes
