QA Editor of Last Resort

Administrators of the InfraWare 360 platform can (and should) specify a QA Editor of Last Resort.  This will ensure jobs get routed to someone (a user or a pool of users) if it needs to go to QA but nobody has been assigned.  To do so, login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) and click the Administration tab, then click the Edit Account button.  Scroll down the Quality Assurance section and click the Manage link next to QA Editor of Last Resort:

Note: The Account Settings page can be viewed in either a Basic view or an Advanced view (with more detailed options).  The QA Editor of Last Resort displays on either view.
