| How can I set a Customer Reference Number for a Facility? |
| Answer / Solution |
Customer Reference NumberAdministrators in the InfraWare 360 platform can assign a customer reference number to each Facility. To do so, login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC), click the Administration tab and then click the Facility sub-tab, then click the name of the Facility you want to change. In the Advanced View, scroll down to the General section and enter the desired reference info. Note: The Facility Settings page can be viewed in either a Basic view or an Advanced view (with more detailed options). The option to set a Customer Reference Number only displays on the Advanced view.
