InfraWare 360 Platform allows MT’s to add an envelope for each address carbon copied on a job.  At eSign completion and during Online Editor printing of a completed job, an extra step is added to allow for printing extra copies of the reports including envelopes.

To Print Envelopes during eSign and Online Editor Print:  

• A Facility user can print envelopes at two different times:  At the end of the eSign off Process and in the Secure Web Portal using Online Editor Print.
• At the end of the eSign Online Editor Walk-through the following window will appear:

• OR for Online Editor Print in the Secure Web Portal, this window will appear:

• Put a checkmark on “Print Envelopes"

• Put a checkmark on “Print Extra Copy for Each Envelope” 
• To manage Envelope Settings: Click Manage.

• The following dialog box will appear:

• Click New to create new Envelope Setting.
• Enter a Description/Name for your envelope settings.
• Click Modify to Open the Printer Dialog box, click Properties to change the properties to the correct envelope size.
• Choose from the choices below how you would like to manage the Return Address:
•  Always use Below Text
•  Use Facility Default
•  None
•  Click Save.
• This will return you to the print window. 
• For eSign, click on one of the two buttons to choose from to print
• All Signed Reports
•  All Viewed Reports
• For Online Editor Print, Click Print Reports. 
• The Printer Dialog box will open. Click OK.
