Disable data field updates when job is Returned to Transcription

Summary

The InfraWare 360 platform allows InfraWare Administrators to disable transcription template fields from updating when a completed job is returned to transcription for additional editing.  This allows for transcription template fields such as transcription date/time, transcriptionist initials, etc. to remained filled in with the original values that correspond to when the job was initially transcribed. 

Tasks:

• Login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) with your Administrator username and password.
• Go to the Administration tab, Facilities sub-tab.
• Click Edit Account.
• Scroll down to the Transcription Section and placement checkmark next to "Update Transcription Fields when a Job is Returned to Transcription"

• Click Save
