Secure Web Portal Job Status Legend

From the time a dictation enters the InfraWare 360 platform until the time it reaches final completion, it always has a precise job status.  This article describes each status option.  

The InfraWare Management Console (IMC) displays the granular job status, but the statuses are rolled up to a summary status for display by Authors (all roles except Admins and Facility Admins) in the Secure Web Portal.  Those summary statuses that are displayed in the Secure Web Portal are:  

Transcribing	The job is still in the transcription process and unavailable for printing, downloading, or delivery.
Ready for Sign Off	The report is ready to be eSigned by the Job Author.
Report Complete	The Report is complete and ready for delivery, printing, and download

IMC Status	Description	Secure Web Portal Status
Processing	Audio is being processed by the platform in preparation for transcription	Transcribing
Unable to Process	Submitted audio file could not be processed by the platform	Transcribing
Processing First Draft	First Draft service is in the process of executing against the audio	Transcribing
Ready for MT	Job is available for download by the ITC	Transcribing
Transferring to ITC	Job in being downloaded to the ITC	Transcribing
Transcription pending	Job has been fully downloaded to the ITC and is pending transcription	Transcribing
Ready for MT (partial)	The partially transcribed job is available for download to the ITC. This occurs when a job has been saved without advancing workflow, or returned to transcription	Transcribing
Transferring to ITC (partial)	The partially transcribed job is being downloaded to the ITC	Transcribing
Transcription pending (partial)	The partially transcribed job has been fully downloaded to the ITC and is pending transcription	Transcribing
Ready for reprocessing	The job has been returned to the platform for First Draft reprocessing and is now available for download to the ITC.	Transcribing
Reprocessing download started	The reprocessed job is being downloaded to the ITC	Transcribing
Checked out for reprocessing	The reprocessed job has been fully downloaded to the ITC and is pending transcription	Transcribing
Addendum Pending	The job is awaiting an addendum action. This occurs if the job is awaiting a future addendum, or if the job itself is an addendum and is awaiting the original job to become available.	Transcribing
QA pending	The job is available for QA	Transcribing
QA download started	The QA job is being downloaded to the ITC	Transcribing
QA reviewing	The QA job has been fully downloaded to the ITC and is pending QA	Transcribing
QA marked up for corrections	Not being used, but is exposed in IMC	Transcribing
Sign off pending	The job is available for eSign-Off by an authorized user	Ready for Sign Off
Sign off download started	Not being used, but is exposed in IMC	Ready for Sign Off
Sign off reviewing	Not being used, but is exposed in IMC	Ready for Sign Off
Sign off marked up	Not being used, but is exposed in IMC	Ready for Sign Off
Complete	Job has completed the workflow and will now be delivered	Report Complete
