How do I setup an Envelope in the ITC so it will be set to print from the Secure Web Portal?

Overview

• A new window will open:

• Search for the physician address you would like to add as a cc.
• Put a check in the box next to Add Envelope (if it does not already have one). 
• Choose Insert, Insert as CC, Tel #, Fax#, or Full name to insert into the document.  (The window will automatically close).

You can also enter an address for an envelope that is not in the Address Book:

• Edit --> Insert New Manual Envelope (Ctrl+Shift+N)

• Enter the appropriate name and address information.
• Add to Document:  Click Insert or Insert as CC
• Click Add Hidden if you do not want to insert into the document. 

Manage Envelopes in the ITC

You can view the list of envelopes for each job.

• Edit --> Envelopes (Ctrl+Shift+E)

• This display shows all envelopes that are associated with this job.
• To remove an associated envelope, highlight the address entry and click Remove Selected.
• Click Close.
