How does dual eSign-off work? |
Answer / Solution |
How Dual eSign Works Overview The InfraWare 360 Platform allows two levels of eSign for teaching hospitals and other scenarios where more than one user needs to approve a document.
You will need the following before you begin:
Tasks: To establish a eSign Requirement for future jobs
Transcriptionist Experience in the ITC (when 2nd level eSign-off is assigned in ITC):
You will need the following before you begin:
When the job is complete, the job will route to the 1st Level eSign who is the original author and then route to the 2nd level eSign-off author before the job is complete. Please note that the 2nd Level eSign Author can eSign the job BEFORE the 1st Level Author and complete the job. The only exception to this rule is when Require 1st Level eSign off before 2nd level is selected under Facility Settings. See KB390 for additional details for Requiring 1st Level eSign before 2nd Level. Notes
