How do I disable the Timeout feature in the IMC and Secure Web Portal? |

Allow IMC/Portal Timeout Feature to be Disabled
The InfraWare 360 Platform automatically logs out a user from each web application after a period on inactivity as a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to screens and content. In some environments, security is controlled by other means and it is preferred to leave users connected for an extended period of time. In the IMC, Administrators can select a setting to Disable Automatic Logout in the IMC for Account Users or Disable Automatic Logout in the Secure Web Portal for Facility users. This allows those users to stay logged in to the IMC or Secure Web Portal for an extended period of time without automatic logout. You will need the following before you begin:
