Can I prevent point changes when editors perform QA Scoring? |
Answer / Solution |
Point Changes During QA Scoring Overview The InfraWare 360 Platform allows Administrators to create and define QA Score Point Values (the number of points to assign to each type of error). Those values become defaults, and it is possible for a QA editor performing QA Scoring to change those values on a case-by-case basis. If that ability to adjust point values on the fly is undesirable, an administrator can choose a setting in the IMC that will prevent QA Editors from changing the point values as they QA Score jobs. You will need the following before you begin:
Ø An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.
Tasks Ø Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC
Ø Choose the Administration tab.
Ø Click on Edit Account.
Ø Scroll down to the Quality Assurance section.
Ø Place a checkmark next to “Allow QA editors to change the default point value while QA Scoring” if desired.
Ø Click Save Changes.
