![]() Header/Footer Text for Incomplete Jobs Summary
In this guide, you will learn how to customize headers and footers to alert facility users when a document is still a work in progress. As an administrator, you have the ability to make headers and footers act differently depending on the status of the job.
Overview
InfraWare 360 allows administrators to add (or replace) a header or footer to alert users who download or print an incomplete document. Once a document has been fully completed (defined by the last required workflow step) the temporary header or footer is replaced by the one defined by the document template.
You will need the following before you begin:
Tasks:
The text added to these text boxes will appear at the top of the existing headers and the bottom of the existing footers in the document. The text will be centered, bold, underlined, and dark red. If no header/footer is present in the document, then one will be added. These headers/footers will be available for view until the job reaches a status of Complete. At that point, both the header and footer will disappear or be replaced by the header/footer defined by the document's template and will then be ready to print and/or download in final form. |
