Specifying Custom Settings for the TDS Summary The InfraWare Telephone Dictation System (TDS) can be customized by InfraWare to closely match the behavior desired by customers. This includes both the pre-dictation interview and the keypad mapping for commands used during dictation. Complete and submit the attached Excel worksheet to Support (support@infraware.com). Our support personnel will create a custom Service Request Quote that will need to be signed and sent back. Please watch a short video that describes the TDS customized keypad mapping feature: |
