| Answer / Solution |
How to Create a Document Delivery Plan Summary In this guide, you will learn how to create a Document Delivery Plan by selecting a Destination, a document format, and time settings, and associate the Plan to an Author or Facility. Document Delivery Plans define how newly created jobs should be delivered upon completion. When a dictation is submitted, Delivery Plans are evaluated and Delivery Instructions are created based on each Plan that applies. Those Instructions remain pending until the job reaches a status of Complete at which time the Instructions are executed. MTs have the opportunity to add, remove and modify Delivery Instructions during the production process.
