When are jobs finished for purposes of the TAT Report?

Answer / Solution

TAT Report Explained

Overview

The TAT Report considers a job ‘turned around’ when it becomes billable.

Solution

  • This means it depends on the setting for each Facility called: Job Status at which to Bill.  When jobs reach at least whatever setting you establish for Billing it is considered finished for TAT purposes.
  • Modify this setting on the Facility Settings page in the InfraWare Management Console (IMC).  Click the Facilities tab, then click on a particular Facility.  Browse down to Job Status at which to Bill and select the desired minimum level.  See KB162 for details.
