How to View MTs Status to Verify Who is Currently Working on the Platform

Overview

On the InfraWare 360 platform, you are able to see the current status of all of your MTs.

Solution

• To look at the working status of the MTs, an administrator can click the MT Status sub-tab on the Queue tab in the InfraWare Management Console (IMC).

• The page displays who (which users logged into the ITC) are online and accepting new jobs as well ITC users of other status.
