Can I use a dial-up connection with InfraWare?

InfraWare does not support dial-up internet connections. 

The InfraWare 360 platform is comprised of a number of applications and features, and there are a number of such features that might work fine over dial-up much of the time.  However, the uploads and downloads associated with transcription using the ITC is of particular concern due to the slower speeds and high latency associated with dial-up. 

Cable and DSL connecti8ons should be used whenever possible.  If dial-up is used, undesireable experiences should be expected and cannot be supported.
