Overview

ASP stands for application service provider, meaning InfraWare hosts the platform on our servers for you to use. This is a tremendous benefit because you don’t have to buy, maintain and replace the servers. Our capacity is here for you to use, so your infrastructure is always ready for growth.

In the transcription industry, a platform is sometimes known as a TASP (Transcription ASP).  In the software industry, hosted solutions are becoming known as Software as a Service (SaaS).
