Clearing/Resetting the Biometric Settings in InfraWare Dictation for iOS and Android.

You may need to reset biometrics on your phone if your fingerprint or facial recognition stops working, you change your appearance significantly, or for security reasons, such as after a data breach or unauthorized access attempt.

iOS

On the log-in screen, towards the bottom, tap Help me sign in.

Tap Clear Face ID Settings.

The next time you log into the app, you will be asked if you want to use Biometrics. 

Follow the prompts to enable sign-in with Biometrics. 

Android

On the log-in screen, tap the three dots in the upper right corner.

Tap Clear Biometric Settings

The next time you log into the app, you will be asked if you want to use Biometrics. 

Follow the prompts to enable sign-in with Biometrics.
