Recover Lost Password in InfraWare Dictation for iOS and Android

Summary

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to recover your account. This requires a valid email address.

Requirement

• Valid email address associated with your InfraWare 360 User account.
• iOS v7.14.0 or newer
• Android v6.5.0 or newer

Steps

• iOS
  • On the Login screen tap Help me sign in near the bottom of the window.
    
  • Tap Reset Password
    
• Android
  • On the Login screen tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner
    
  • Tap Recover lost password
    
• The browser will launch a window to enter your email address, verify the reCAPTCHA, and tap Submit Request.
  
  
• Enter the Confirmation Code sent to your email address and then tap Confirm.
  
  
• Enter the new password twice and then tap Change Password.
