Restoring a Previous Version of a Template in the ITE

Overview

There are times when you need to restore a previous version of a template in the ITE, whether you accidentally saved over the wrong template name or need to revert to previous template variation after making a requested change.  You can now restore or look at a previously saved version of a template.

Requirements

• ITE Beta 7.3.1.3 or ITE Production 7.3.2.1

Steps

• Log in to the ITE using your administrator credentials.
  
• Go to File, Open Template from INFRAWARE Platform.
• Select the Account, Facility, and Template.  If a revision is available you will see the active Revisions link next to the platform.
• Select the revision you want to load in the ITE and click Load Revision.
  
• Once the template is loaded in the ITE you may proceed with making changes and uploading to the platform.
