Require Single Sign On

Subheading

The InfraWare 360 platform allows the InfraWare Administrator to force a User to use the Single Sign On process. Single Sign On (SSO) is available for platform accounts with this option enabled for their identity provider (requires development intervention for anyone outside of InfraWare).

Steps

Login using your InfraWare Administrator username and Password

  • Click on the Administration tab
  • Click on the Users Sub-tab
  • Select the user and click on the name of the user.
  • Place a checkmark next to Require Single Sign On.
  • Click Save User.

  • During that next login, they will be prompted to use the Single Sign On process.
